The look and feel of the resulting material will depend on the percentage of silk and cashmere used. For example, if more silk is used than cashmere, the resulting blend will be glossier, but less warm than a blend with more cashmere fibers than silk. Cashmere-silk blends feel slightly less soft than pure 100% cashmere, but they are still one of the most luxurious fabrics you can get. Therefore, they are only slightly less expensive than pure cashmere. So when you set out to buy cashmere-silk stoles and scarves, make sure to check the percentage of each fiber used, so that you can get the right type of blend for yourself.
